Experiment 4: Pearlex Powder

PearlEx pigments are incredible.  Definately grab some if you don't already and you can be creating amazing beads with a shimmery finish.  Don't forget to check out the tutorial in the latest "The Polymer Arts" magazine to see how this is done.
